• Priority United States Shipping - Please Allow 1-3 Business Days - $8.99
• FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $50.00

International Orders

• Standard International Shipping - Please Allow 7-20 Business Days - $12.99 - Tracking Not Included
• Priority Mail International Shipping - Please Allow 6-10 Business Days - $29.99 - Tracking Included 

We do our best to ship your case the following business day, however it can sometimes take up to 3 business days to process the order before its shipped. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Standard shipping in the US is 3-7 business days from the day the order is shipped. After your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link for you to track your package the entire way.

Standard international orders can take anywhere from 7 days to 3 weeks from the day the order is shipped. 

If you choose Standard International Shipping at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, however, you will not be able to track your order once it has left the US.

If you choose Priority Mail International Shipping at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped which will include a tracking link for you to track your package the entire way.

Lilac Reign cannot be held liable for packages that have been delivered, lost or stolen. Please contact the courier as they will be able to help track down your package. We care that each customer receives their items in a timely manner so we will always do our best to help track down your items.
